Condition & sorting

Rates are for near-mint cards. Bulk should be unsleeved; perfect-fit sleeves are okay. 20% deduction if mixed or sleeved. Spot checks could reduce the rate. Protect valuable singles as described below.

Final offers depend on assessment. Singles are assessed individually. Registering today does not lock future deposits to today's rates.

Packing instructions

Bulk · large chute

Keep cards boxed or securely protected. Our tested preferred arrangement is three ETBs/card boxes in one row inside an outer bag.
Roughly 500 cards per box is an example, not a required quantity or verified count. Smaller deposits are welcome.
Securely close the outer bag and write your number clearly on the outside. A matching number on a paper slip inside is a useful backup.
Inner boxes do not need separate registration. Do not force packages through the chute.

Singles · smaller slot

Sleeve cards and use top loaders or similar protection.
Secure holders together or use a sealed bag/envelope. Label the outside with the same number.
Blue painter's tape can be used on outside packaging, never directly on cards. Avoid tight elastics that bend holders.
Use the smaller slot. Singles are assessed individually, not automatically priced as bulk.

More cards than one trip?

Bring manageable amounts over several visits and use the same number each time. If the mailbox is full, keep the remaining items and return later. Never leave overflow beside it.

What happens next

Registration gives you a number; it does not confirm that cards were deposited or received. We record your packages when we physically collect them, then email an offer after assessment. Any purchase or store credit is agreed with you in the email thread.
