Bring your protected bulk or singles to the Killin Cards mailbox inside Gamescape on Lyon Street, during store hours. We collect and assess your cards, then work out an offer with you by email or message.

    One drop-off ID for every labelled package and future visit.

  2. Drop in when it suits

    Pack, label and drop off during Gamescape's open hours. You do not need to meet us there.

  3. Agree from home

    Review your offer by message. We agree the sale, store credit or trade with you first.

Already have a number? Use the same number every visit. You do not need to register again.

Request your number by email. Email Killin Cards and tell us whether you are selling bulk, singles or arranging a trade. We will reply with your drop-off number and instructions. Wait for that reply before depositing cards.

Your number and collection emails do not require a marketing subscription. Use one number for all your bags, protected bundles, and future visits.

Prefer store credit? Let us know when you reply to your offer email. We will agree on the amount before any Killin Cards store credit is issued.

Your next trade, without a meetup.

See cards you want in our shop? Add them to your cart and open Prefer to trade for these cards? Describe your offer, then pay the collection fee: C$2 for 1–15 cards or C$5 for 16+, counting cards inside bundles. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.

The fee covers warehouse picking and reservation. It applies even if the trade does not go ahead and does not purchase the cards or guarantee a trade.

DM us your order number and ask to use the Gamescape drop box. We will confirm your drop-off ID and instructions. Label your protected cards with that ID and the trade order number so we can match everything up.

After reviewing your cards and agreeing the trade, we will put your cards in a Gamescape lockbox and send your pickup instructions. Wait for our ready message and code before collecting.

Condition & sorting

Rates are for near-mint cards. Bulk should be unsleeved; perfect-fit sleeves are okay. 20% deduction if mixed or sleeved. Spot checks could reduce the rate. Protect valuable singles as described below.

Final offers depend on assessment. Singles are assessed individually. Registering today does not lock future deposits to today's rates.

Packing instructions

Bulk · large chute

  • Keep cards boxed or securely protected. Our tested preferred arrangement is three ETBs/card boxes in one row inside an outer bag.
  • Roughly 500 cards per box is an example, not a required quantity or verified count. Smaller deposits are welcome.
  • Securely close the outer bag and write your number clearly on the outside. A matching number on a paper slip inside is a useful backup.
  • Inner boxes do not need separate registration. Do not force packages through the chute.

Singles · smaller slot

  • Sleeve cards and use top loaders or similar protection.
  • Secure holders together or use a sealed bag/envelope. Label the outside with the same number.
  • Blue painter's tape can be used on outside packaging, never directly on cards. Avoid tight elastics that bend holders.
  • Use the smaller slot. Singles are assessed individually, not automatically priced as bulk.

More cards than one trip?

Bring manageable amounts over several visits and use the same number each time. If the mailbox is full, keep the remaining items and return later. Never leave overflow beside it.

What happens next

Registration gives you a number; it does not confirm that cards were deposited or received. We record your packages when we physically collect them, then email an offer after assessment. Any purchase or store credit is agreed with you in the email thread.
