Gamescape lockbox pickup

For confirmed Gamescape pickup orders, collect your cards from the Killin Cards lockboxes at the vending machine inside Gamescape.

Before you visit

We prepare orders in 1–3 business days, depending on workload. Killin Cards processes orders Monday–Thursday. Wait for your ready-for-pickup message and your assigned box number and access code before travelling.

Gamescape: 1511 Lyon Street South, Prince George, BC V2N 1T3. Pickup is during Gamescape's opening hours, Tuesday–Sunday after lunch. Check current opening hours before making the trip.

Get your box number and code

Reply to Killin Cards using your order email, with your Shopify order number and order confirmation. For multiple separate orders, include each order; one confirmation covers all cards in the same order.

We will reply with your assigned lockbox number and access code. Please allow some time for us to process your message, and wait for our reply before visiting. If you need help, use our contact page.

Collecting an eBay order too? Send its six-digit pickup code through that eBay sale. For an order paid locally, send your payment confirmation.

Collect your order

  1. Find your assigned lockbox at the vending machine inside Gamescape.
  2. Enter your assigned access code and press down the lever to the left of the code entry.
  3. To remove a card protector, gently press its top-right corner to pop it out. For larger items in the bottom box, take care with any open bags.
  4. After collecting your order, close the box, scramble the code, and close the code entry cover.
